Summarized Lion and Lshare distribution
Initial LION distribution
Initial supply: 500,000 LION
300,000 LION will be initially distributed by presale at the price of $1 DAI
100,000 LION used to form initial LION-DAI LP.
100,000 LION send to Dao fund. The main function of the DAO fund is to keep the price stable from the beginning.
Lauchpad (Presale) Start: Friday September 2nd, 6PM UTC
Lauchpad (Presale) End: Sunday September 4nd, 6PM UTC (or when sold out)
Presale Claims will be available 1 hour before farms start or earlier depending on if the sale sells out
LION supply is un-capped and will be minted every epoch that LION TWAP (Time weighted average price) > 1.01 DAI, this is referred to as the Expansion phase.
When TWAP < 1.01 then no new LION tokens will be minted during that epoch. This is known as the Contraction phase.
LSHARE Distribution
LSHARE has a maximum total supply of 83,000 tokens vested linearly over 721 days
33,000 LSHARE will be allocated to DAO Fund
50,000 LSHARE to be distributed to liquidity providers
xLION
xLION is an illiquid asset that will provide new utility to the LION token.
xLION will launch at a 1:1 mint rate(1 LION will mint 1 xLION) and will logarithmically go up in index(exchange rate for LION/xLION) based on total supply of xLION.
For example minting 1 xLION will cost 1 LION today but in 1 month it could cost 1.2 LION for each xLION to be minted.
Paired with the burn feature this should cause price appreciation to LION over time. This means early adopters will be able to get a better exchange rate for the new token. Mint Minting XLION will be available through a DAPP located on our main webpage.
Allocations for each LION minted into XLION can be found below:
25% of LION is burned
75% is sent to a reward contract

LSHARE/DAI pool will now constantly yield LION and as a holder of this LP it will be extremely beneficial allowing users to compound early LION into XLION again completing the loop.
LSHARE can now gain LION from boardroom and when its not printing there is now oppurtunity to still yield.
